1 1/2 cups wild & brown rice blend
1 1/2 cups black eyed peas(cooked)
1/2 cup corn(frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup green peas(frozen or fresh)
1/4 cup red pepper flakes
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup buckwheat(cooked)
1/4 cup chopped okra
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Cook rice and buckwheat according to directions. Add all other ingredients to the already cooked rice & buckwheat. Mix well and let cool to room temperature. Serve!

I wanted to share this recipe that I use for my parrots. I have a conure and meyers. Both love it!
2 boxes of corn muffin mix
3 eggs
3 containers of baby food: Sweet Potatoe, Carrots, and Greens (either green beans or Peas)
Baby cereal - mix in two kinds, your choice. 1/2 cup each .Good choices: Mixed Wheat, Brown Rice, Oatmeal, etc.
1/2 teaspoon Spirulina
1 teaspoon vitamins (Avi-Cal or Vitamins)
1 cup Unsweetened applesauce
1 cup zupreem fruit pellets
Mix all well. Spray two pans (9x12) with non stick cooking spray. Get the sides too. Preheat oven to 400. Spread into pans, will be thin.
Bake 20-25 mins until lightly brown or toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Cool. Cut into squares. Bag and Freeze until use. Pull out day before use. Refrigerate thawed bag until all used.

-De ribbed slit Chili Peppers(Jalepeno, Cayenne, Banana Peppers etc)
-Canned rinsed Pinto Beans
-Instant Brown Rice(cooked)
-Canned sodium free Tomato sauce
-Minced Mustard Greens
Mash up the Pinto Beans. Add the beans and all other ingredients into the hot cooked rice. Mix well and pack into the peppers. Let cool and serve at room temperature.
